Dynamic Lead Forms let you customize your lead forms with a real-time, drag-and-drop builder without changing the workflow you already rely on. Dynamic Lead Forms are designed to help you collect the right information upfront, improve the inquiry experience for guests, and make it easier for your team to qualify and respond to leads.
How to Customize a Dynamic Lead Form
- Go to Settings → Lead Forms.
- Open an existing Dynamic Event Form or Dynamic Booking Form, or click + New Event Form or + New Booking Form to create a new one.
- Complete the Details section by entering a form name and selecting the location(s) the form should apply to.
- Click Continue to enter the form builder.
Using the Lead Form Builder
Use the tabs in the builder to customize different parts of your lead form. All changes update instantly in the real-time preview as you edit.
Fields
Use the Fields tab to control what information is collected and how it appears to guests.
You can:
- Drag and drop fields to reorder them
- Rename guest-facing labels and add placeholder text
- Mark fields as required or optional
- Remove fields using the trash icon (note: name, email, and phone number are required and cannot be removed)
- Add Title and Description fields to create clear sections within the form
Brand
Use the Brand tab to control the visual appearance of your lead form.
You can:
- Toggle logos or banners on or off
- Select an existing theme
- Upload a custom logo or banner
Options
Use the Options tab to configure additional form settings, including:
- Lead source tracking
- Contact preference
- Minimum guest count
- Event style selections (including guest-facing labels)
Using separate lead forms for different placements (such as your website, Facebook, or Instagram) is a best practice for accurate lead source reporting.
Response
Use the Response tab to customize what happens after a guest submits a form.
You can:
- Edit the on-screen confirmation message
- Customize the automatic response email
- Set the reply-to email address for guest responses
Saving and Managing Your Lead Form
- Changes appear instantly in the real-time preview as you edit.
- Click Save when you’re finished customizing the form.
- New Dynamic Lead Forms appear above the bold divider in Settings → Lead Forms.
You can also:
- Duplicate a form to quickly create variations for different locations, placements, or event types
- Set a form to Inactive and add a redirect URL if you no longer want guests to submit it
