When creating a Lead Form in Tripleseat, Users can decide which Event Styles are offered on the form. This gives guests the ability to select from the following Event Style options:
- On-Premise
- Drop-Off Catering
- Pick-Up Catering
- Full-Service Catering
- Large Party Reservations
Users can enable a single style, all styles, and any combination in between. Please note that you must have Event Styles enabled for each location in Settings > Locations > Edit Details in order for any of the above options to be utilized. The Event Styles configured here will determine the styles available for each lead form depending on the assigned locations.
When enabling more than one event style on a lead form, a Drop-Down will appear beneath the ‘Your Contact Information’ section:
These will appear in the same order as they do in Settings > Lead Forms > Edit.
On-Premise
When On-Premise is selected, no additional fields are displayed on the form. The form will present with all the standard fields based on the configuration in Settings > Lead Forms > Edit
Drop-Off Catering
When Drop-Off is selected, two New Sections are added beneath the Event Style Selector, ‘Event Address’ and ‘Events Instructions’. These sections include fields for address, city, state, zip and delivery instructions.
In addition to these new fields appearing, the ‘Start/End Time’ fields will be replaced with a ‘Drop-Off Time’ field.
Pick-Up Catering
When Pick-Up catering is selected, no new fields are added to the form, however, the Start/End Time is replaced with a ‘Pick-Up Time’ field. Similar to the Drop-Off field above.
Full-Service Catering
When Full Service Catering is selected, the same address fields as ‘Drop-Off’ events are displayed, allowing guests to fill out their street address, state, zip, and delivery instructions.
Large Party Reservations
For Large Party Reservations to show on the form, the Event Style must first be enabled on a per-room basis for each location by navigating to Settings > Locations > Edit Room Details and selecting either On-Premise, Large Party Reservations, or Both from the dropdown in the Allowed Event Styles column.
Once this is enabled for your select rooms, the TSD form will prompt guests to choose from the following selections:
After clicking Next, they will be prompted to select a room:
To avoid requiring a room selection in your TSD Form, this can be enabled in Settings > TripleseatDirect Forms > select Edit on the TSD Form, and toggling the Skip Room Selection slider to the on position and saving your changes.
