If you have a Tripleseat lead form on your website, that means anytime someone submits their info about potentially hosting an event, a lead gets created in Tripleseat. This article explains how you may customize who on your team will get notified about new online lead submissions.
If you're looking to adjust which users (or non-users*) receive web lead notification emails, follow the below instructions.
- Go to Settings > Locations > Edit Details.
- Next, scroll down to the 'Lead Notifications' section of the page. Adjust which users get lead notifications by clicking or unclicking their names.
*Anyone whose name is selected will get informed about new lead submissions and will appear as a default CC on all new lead discussion threads. - Click Update at the bottom to save.
Because these notifications are configured on a per-location basis, you will want to repeat these steps for each of your locations if you have multiple businesses set up in Tripleseat. Once adjusted, this change will only affect new leads that are received.
*If a Non-Tripleseat user needs to get notified of the Lead, please add their email address to the 'Non-Tripleseat User Email Notifications' section. Separate multiple email addresses with a comma ",".
Pro Tip: You can remove the lead recipients from the discussion thread after the lead is converted to an event/booking by selecting the option at the bottom of the page.
