Dynamic Lead Forms support custom fields so you can collect the details that matter most to your business and keep them connected from inquiry through booking.
To add a custom field to a Dynamic Lead Form, the custom field must already exist and be linked to the Lead object before it can be added to a form.
Step 1: Create or Update a Custom Field
- Navigate to Settings → Custom Fields.
- Create a new custom field or click Edit next to an existing custom field.
- Choose the object type for the custom field:
- Event
- Booking
- Account
- Contact
- Enable Add to Lead Object.
- Click Update or Save.
Step 2: Add the Custom Field to a Dynamic Lead Form
- Navigate to Settings → Lead Forms.
- Open the Dynamic Event Form or Dynamic Booking Form you want to update.
- In the builder, open the Fields tab.
- Click Add Field.
- Select the custom field you linked to the Lead object.
Step 3: Customize the Field on the Lead Form
After adding the custom field to the form, you can:
- Reorder the field using drag-and-drop
- Update the guest-facing label
- Mark the field as required or optional
Notes:
- Custom fields cannot be created directly from the lead form builder
- Lead custom fields cannot be edited from within the lead form
- Any changes to the custom field itself must be made in Settings → Custom Fields
