If you're having trouble locating a lead in the Leads section of Tripleseat, it may be due to filters that are currently applied on the page. Here are some helpful tips and tricks to make your search easier.
ADJUST THE CONVERSION STATUS DROPDOWN
The Conversion Status dropdown affects which leads will appear on the page. Selecting the appropriate status can help you locate specific leads. Choose from these options:
- Not Converted – to view leads that haven’t been converted to other statuses.
Converted to Bookings/Events – to find leads that have been converted to confirmed bookings or events. - Converted to Contacts – to view leads converted directly into contacts.
- Turned Down – to find leads that were declined.
Make sure to set this to the conversion status that best matches the type of lead you’re looking for.
CLEAR THE DATE RANGE
Sometimes, an active date range filter can hide certain leads. To remove this filter:
- Click into the Date Range field.
- Highlight the current text and press Backspace/Delete on your keyboard to clear it.
CLEAR ADDITIONAL FILTERS
Additional filters on the Leads page can also prevent certain leads from appearing. Here’s how to clear them:
- Click Filters in the upper-right corner.
- Select Clear All to remove any additional filters on the page.
