If you have the privileges, you can go to Settings > select Lead Forms. Next to your lead form, you will select Setup Codes:
You can copy and paste the codes found on the next page and send the codes directly to your web developer who will be able to add them to your website. Here is how your web developer can embed the code on your website (the most common route by our users).
