The following two options are available to send out mass emails to Tripleseat Guests.
Email Campaign Integration
The first option is to integrate with one of our email campaign platforms: Constant Contact, MailChimp, or Personica. These platforms store all of your contacts and associated information, making it possible to send out email blasts to contacts who have “opted-in” to email marketing. Simply go to Settings > Integrations to learn more about how to sign up.
Export Contacts
The second option is to create a General Contacts export and filter by Contacts who have opted in to mass emails. To do this, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the Reports page.
- Scoll to the Contacts Report.
- Choose General Export.
- Click on Customize.
- In the Contact Details tab, check off "Opted In to Mass Emails?"
- Make any further adjustments you want for the report and click Update Report.
- Export the report and copy the email addresses into an email outside of Tripleseat.
