To add a hyperlink to your email templates, you will follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > File Library. From here, you can upload the file you wish to hyperlink. Please keep in mind, you can create a folder to add this to, or upload the file in an existing folder. If the File is already uploaded, you are good to go for step 2!
- Once saved, you will go to Settings > Discussion Email Templates > Edit.
- You will place your cursor where you’d like this hyperlink to appear. Then, click “Insert/edit image/file” on your toolbar. You can double click the file itself if your file is a PDF and it will hyperlink for you. If the file is a picture, however, that you’d like to add as a hyperlink, you will click on the file and copy the link that appears at the top, beginning with https://
- If you copied the text, you will X out of this, and then click “Insert/edit link” from your toolbar and paste in the URL. You will add in a Text to display, which is customer-facing and will be the text that is hyperlinked. Then, you will click Save!
