How do I save and reuse a calendar filter set?
Saving a set
- Open the calendar and set the filters you want (location, room, status, owner, and so on).
- Use the save option and give the combination a name.
- Save it. The named view is now stored for one-click use.
Reusing a set
- Open your list of saved views.
- Select the one you want. It reapplies to the calendar in one click.
Managing your sets
- Rename, reorder, or delete any saved view at any time.
- Keep as many views as you want.
Why did a filter disappear from my saved calendar view?
This is expected behavior. If something a saved view relies on is removed or you lose access to it, like a deleted room or a custom field, that piece drops out of the view quietly. This keeps the view from breaking or showing something it should not.
If the missing piece mattered:
- Reopen the saved view.
- Add the filters you still need back in.
- Save the view again.
Saved views do not add new filters on their own. They only drop pieces that are no longer available.
