A Customer Admin on your team may make adjustments to the Tripleseat calendar as it appears for all locations within your group. This article will explain those options and how a Customer Admin can perform those changes.
To adjust the Calendar for all locations within your group, a Customer Admin will want to:
- Go to Settings > Preferences.
- Underneath General, they could configure:
Calendar Start Day
On the month and week view of the calendar, this will be the day that appears in the far left column.
Calendar Start Time
The first visible timeslot for events on the Timeline view of your calendar. If you have 3 locations in Tripleseat, and all 3 locations open at 12 pm, set the start time as 12 pm. If they do not all open at the same time, set the start time to the hour at which the earliest venue opens.
Calendar End Time
The last visible timeslot for events on the Timeline view of your calendar. The advantage of setting Start and End Times is that the Timeline view will collapse all timeslots before and after this window. That allocates more space on the page for the time slots you need when in the Timeline view.
Include Holidays
If this is selected, it will display Federal holidays on the calendar in Tripleseat.
Show Guest Count as Banners
If checked, Guest Count will appear in the banner for an event in the calendar. - Click Update to save.
Again, please keep in mind that any update here will apply to users at all locations within your group.
