When the Google integration is active, a Tripleseat reservation link appears directly on your Google Business Profile. This allows guests to click through to your landing page and seamlessly submit event quote requests.
SETUP & ACTIVATION
To verify the integration is active:
- Go to Settings > Venue Marketplace.
- Click Edit under the venue listing.
- Make sure the Google integration toggle is turned ON.
- Ensure you fill out Name, Full Address, Locale, and Phone Number.
- Click Update.
Once enabled, Google may take up to 72 hours to process and display the link on your business profile.
BUSINESS PROFILE RESERVATION LINK
For listings with the integration enabled, when users look up venues on Google, the tripleseat.com link will be listed in the Reservations area as illustrated below.
Note: Multiple links can be listed, e.g., Open Table and Tripleseat, and we do not have control over the order in which they appear.
EVENT QUOTE FORM
There are two types of information displayed on the listing page:
- Request Event Quote on the right-hand side is not customizable.
- Information on the left-hand side under the Event Name is customizable. To customize the information on the lefthand side, navigate to Settings > Venue Marketplace > Edit venue listing page.
UPON SUBMITTING A REQUEST
- A confirmation message is displayed
- An email is sent to the requester’s contact email
- A lead record is generated in Tripleseat
