Tripleseat and OpenTable have partnered to make it easy for you to see your Tripleseat event details alongside your OpenTable reservations. Once configured, OpenTable will pull the following event information from Tripleseat to the Guest Center:
- Event date
- Event time
- Status
- Room / area / tables
- Contact first & last name
- Additional info / notes
Additionally, Tripleseat events with a status of Tentative or Definite will block off the corresponding room inventory in OpenTable.
To set up that integration, someone who is both a Customer Admin in Tripleseat and an Admin in OpenTable will need to follow these steps:
- Log in to your OpenTable Guest Center account.
- Head to the main menu, select Integrations, and select Private Dining. Once there, choose the Tripleseat tile.
- Learn more about how Tripleseat and OpenTable can help you to run events as smoothly as possible. Select Continue when you're ready.
- Youʼll be prompted to sign in to Tripleseat. Select Sign in and enter your login information.
- If applicable, choose the location you would like to connect to, then select Connect.
- Your accounts are now connected and you can begin to match your OpenTable inventory to your Tripleseat inventory!
