Let customers discover your Tripleseat venue listing directly on Google and submit event inquiries with ease.
With the Reserve with Google integration, your venue appears right where potential clients are searching,
making it effortless for them to request quotes and start planning their perfect event.
A unique Reserve with Google lead form will be located under the reservation section of Google. For more information on what information is used in the Google Lead form, click here.
Use the tips below to manage your Reserve with Google integration.
Note: This integration is available for all Tripleseat users who are listed as a Restaurant, Bar, or Bakery on their Google Business Profile.
EDIT VENUE INFORMATION ON THE LISTING PAGE
There are two types of information displayed on the listing page:
- Request Event Quote on the right-hand side is not customizable.
- Information on the left-hand side under the Event Name is customizable.
To customize the information on the lefthand side, navigate to Settings > Venue Marketplace > Edit venue listing page.
- The information displayed includes:
- Name
- Description
- Photos
- Address (always public)
- Venue Type
- Event Type
- Style
- Amenities
- Availability
- Capacity
- Min. number of guests
UPDATE GUEST MINIMUM
While you’re editing your listing, best practice is to adjust the Minimum Guests setting in your Venue Marketplace listing to ensure the leads are for private events.
To adjust the minimum guests setting:
- Navigate to Settings > Venue Marketplace > Edit the venue listing page.
- Scroll down to Miscellaneous Details.
- Add a minimum number under Minimum Guests.
- Click Update.
MANAGE VISABILITY
The Reserve with Google integration will automatically be turned on for all venue listing pages that are
on/published and have their full name, address and phone number (Google requirements).
HOW TO TURN OFF THE INTEGRATION
- Navigate to Settings > Venue Marketplace > Edit the venue listing page.
- Toggle the second button to off.
Note: Any changes to the Reserve with Google integration, such as editing the listing or turning off the
integration, will take up to 72 hours to update.
