WHAT INFORMATION DOES TOCK PULL FROM TRIPLESEAT?
When configured, Tock pulls the following event information from Tripleseat:
- Event Date: The date of the event.
- Event Time: The time the event is scheduled.
- Event Contact Name: The name of the event contact is used as the Tock guest name.
- Event Guest Count: The number of guests for the event is reflected as the Tock party size.
Tripleseat events that have a Tentative or Definite status are brought into Tock as reservations. These are categorized under the dedicated Tripleseat Events Reservation Experience (TPLST), which is automatically created in Tock at the time of the integration connection.
