Tripleseat integrates with third-party software platforms such as SevenRooms, which is a Guest Management software that places you in control of your guest relationships.
This is a one-way integration on the SevenRooms side that pulls data from Tripleseat into the SevenRooms platform. This means that the integration will need to be set up on the SevenRooms side.

In either case, you will need your Tripleseat Public API Key to link your integration from Tripleseat to SevenRooms. A Customer Admin can find this in the Tripleseat program under Settings > Tripleseat API & Webhook details.
Setup Tips:
- In order for reservations to pull correctly from Tripleseat, you must map the appropriate Tripleseat room to the proper SevenRooms table by including them on the setup table SevenRooms provides to you.
- Events with a “Tentative” status in Tripleseat will pull into SevenRooms as “Booked,” and events marked as “Definite” in Tripleseat will sync into SevenRooms as “Confirmed”.
- SevenRooms updates every 15 minutes.
