Hiding the Payments Section in the Guest Portal

If you want guests to only authorize a card without making a payment, you can manually hide the payments section for each event. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to the event.
2. Click on the Payments tab.
3. Hover over the gear icon in the top right corner.
4. Select "Hide from Guest Portal."

Remember, you’ll need to turn this back on if you want the guest to submit a payment in the future. Otherwise, the guest can still authorize a card for you to charge when needed.
