Tripleseat does not have templated language for post-event surveys, nor do we have functionality in the software to support surveying or analytics on guest replies. However, if you'd like to collect guest feedback about events, this article provides suggestions about how to do that.
Integrate with Benbria Loop
Tripleseat does integrate with Benbria Loop, which does offer surveying functions. You can learn more about the Benbria Loop integration here. To set up an integration between Tripleseat and them, you can do so by going to Settings > Integrations and following the instructions. Create Email Templates in Tripleseat
You also have the option of creating templated emails that you could send to your guests from the discussion tab after the event conclusion. You can either type your questions into the email template directly and review their answers manually; or, you can utilize a surveying platform such as Survey Monkey to incorporate a survey link into the Discussion Email Template. Here are instructions on how that would work:
- Set up a Discussion Email Template that includes the survey questions or a link that you created outside of Tripleseat.
- Set up an Automatic Discussion in Tripleseat for 1 day after the Event Date for "Send Thank You and Survey" sent from the Event Owner.
