If you need to refund a credit card payment that was processed using online payments, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the Event or Booking that requires the refund.
- Click on the Payment tab.
- Locate the payment you wish to refund and click on the gear icon to the right of the payment entry. Please note that refunds can only be processed for payments that have already been successfully processed.
- Click Refund.
- In the overlay, choose either Full Amount or Partial.
- Click Submit.
