Booking statuses are a great way to visually communicate with your team about where a booking is in the planning process. While you and your team may refer to those statuses how you wish, please see to this article to learn about how we recommend defining those statuses.
To adjust the status of a booking:
- Navigate to that booking using your search bar, or from the calendar. As bookings are a folder containing events, and they do not themselves have a start and end time, bookings will not show on the calendar directly. If on the Calendar you click on an event belonging to the booking you need, you can click on the booking name in the popup to reroute to the Booking Details page.
- Click Edit in the upper right.
- Use the radio buttons to move the booking status from one selection to another. When you do so, a dropdown will appear asking if you want to update all related events to the same status as the booking at this time. The default selection will be YES. If your events will not all jump to the same status as the booking, change to NO and scroll down and edit each event’s statuses one by one.
- Click Update to save.
