Occasionally you may find that you have deleted an event, lead, booking, contact, or account in Tripleseat, but need to reference that again. The good news is that you may recover those deleted items using the search bar at the top of any page in Tripleseat.
To recover a deleted event, lead, booking, contact, or account:
- Click into the search bar at the top of your page.
- Type the name of the deleted item into the search bar. Click enter.
- In the popup window, check off "Show Deleted."
- Click on the deleted event, booking, contact, account, or lead in question.
- Select, "Click here to recover this ..." That will restore the event, booking, contact, account, or lead in question.
Pro Tip: Would you love to recover a deleted item, but can't nail down the exact name of the event, lead, booking, account, or contact? You can run an Activity Report to help.
- Go to Reports > Custom (under Activity Report) > Customize.
- In the popup window, set the Date of Activity to encompass when you believe the object was deleted. Then use the Activity Type to filter for "Delete Contact" or "Delete Event" etc..
- Run Report to view results.
You can click on the event name or contact name to land on the page where you can recover that in Tripleseat.
