Marking an Event or Booking as "Lost" is used to track events that were originally booked but were later canceled. Moving an Event or Booking to "Lost" allows you to keep all related information and discussions for reporting purposes without deleting the record.
If you have the necessary User permissions, follow these steps:
- Go to the Event or Booking you want to update.
- Click Edit in the top-right corner of the screen.
- From the list of Statuses, select Lost.
- Click Update to save your changes.
If you don’t have the required permissions, a Customer Admin in your account can either update the status for you or provide you with the necessary access.
