You can create a single, all-encompassing ticket for all your attendees or set up multiple event tickets tailored to different groups of registrants. Feel free to personalize the ticket name and description, set the valid dates, decide on pricing, control availability, and specify which groups can access each ticket.
To do this:
- Go to the Ticketed Event on your Tickets Dashboard > Registration.
- To add a new ticket, select Tickets > + Add Ticket.
- Please note that when creating multiple tickets, fill out the first ticket and save before creating the next ticket.
- Enter the new ticket name, the price (if applicable), and whether it's a primary ticket or an add-on.
- Add-on passes are meant to be purchased in addition to a Primary ticket. Guests will not be able to proceed with their purchase if their cart does not include a Primary ticket.
- Please note that Add-on passes are not supported when the event does not collect additional attendees’ data. Change this configuration on Registration > Options > Group Registration. More on this below!
- Then select +Add.
- Once added, you can make additional edits to pricing, name, and ticket description if needed.
- Repeat these steps as needed to create any additional ticket types.
- Once finished, be sure to hit Save at the bottom of the page.
If you want one person to buy multiple tickets and/or to enable Add-On Passes:
- Go to Registration > General > Options.
- Under “Group Registration,” choose how many tickets a person can buy.
- If you would like each attendee registered, be sure to toggle on 'Collect additional attendee personal data'. This enablement will also allow you to create Add-On passes!
- Make any additional selections to the Group Registration that may be needed.
- When finished, be sure to hit Save at the bottom of the page.
Once your site has been published, when customers go to buy tickets, they have multiple options, and if enabled, can add multiple attendees and enter their details.
