Direct Book allows you to create different forms for various event styles, rooms, holiday functions, or other types of events. This flexibility means that Terms and Conditions are managed directly on each Direct Book form.
Any terms entered on your Direct Book form will automatically populate for guests to review and accept during the booking process. These Terms and Conditions will also populate on the associated documents for the Direct Book event.
To update the Terms and Conditions on a Direct Book form, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select Direct Book Forms.
- Click Edit next to the form you’d like to update.
- Scroll to the Terms and Conditions text box in the Page Setup section.
- Enter or update your Terms and Conditions as needed.
- Click Update to save your changes.
Once saved, the updated Terms and Conditions will appear for guests when they complete this Direct Book form and on the related Direct Book event documents.
