There are numerous reasons why your lead form may not populate dates as expected. Below is a list of troubleshooting tasks you can do to ensure that all settings are configured as needed.
Custom Availability
- Open the lead form.
- Check whether custom availability is enabled.
- If enabled, verify that the dates within the custom availability time range include the correct timeframe.
Lead Time Limits
- Review the lead time limits, which dictate the minimum and maximum number of days out an order can be placed using the form.
- Are there restrictions here that might prevent the desired dates from appearing?
- Go to the location dropdown and select a location to bring up its specific settings.
- Confirm there are no location-specific restrictions affecting the dates.
Location Hours
- Navigate to Settings > Location Hours.
- Use the location dropdown to select the applicable location.
- Check if location hours are set up that can be applied to the form.
- If not, add the appropriate hours here.
