If you have a Direct Book form on your website, that means anytime someone submits their event request, a lead gets created in Tripleseat. This article explains how you may customize who on your team will get notified about new event requests.
If you're looking to adjust which users (or non-users*) receive Direct Book lead notification emails, follow the below instructions.
- Go to Settings > Direct Book Forms.
- Hover your mouse over the gear icon to the right of a form > click Edit.
- Next, scroll down to the 'Notifications' section of the page. Adjust which users get lead notifications by clicking or unclicking their names.
- Click Update at the bottom to save.
Because these notifications are configured on a per-form basis, you will want to repeat these steps for each of your Direct Book forms if you have multiple. Once adjusted, this change will only affect new leads that are received.
