Stay on top of your events by adding Tripleseat to your home screen and enabling push notifications. This gives you quick access and real-time updates on bookings, changes, and guest needs—right from your phone or tablet.
You can view this One-Pager or follow these simple steps to get set up:
Step 1: Add Tripleseat to Your Home Screen
On iPhone or iPad:
- Open Chrome, Firefox, or Safari and log into your Tripleseat account.
- Tap the Share icon in your browser’s toolbar.
- Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
On Android Devices:
- Open Chrome or Firefox and log into your Tripleseat account.
- Tap the Ellipses (⋮) icon in the top-right of your browser.
- Scroll down and select Add to Home Screen.
- Name the app “Tripleseat” and tap Install.
Step 2: Enable Push Notifications in My Profile
- Open Tripleseat from your home screen.
- Go to My Profile > Notifications.
- Under Push Notifications, tap or click Enable on This Device.
- When prompted, select Allow to enable notifications.
- You can opt to receive alerts for:
- New Inbound Leads
- New TripleseatDirect Events
- New Discussion Messages
- E-Signature Completed
- Credit Card Payment Successful
- You can opt to receive alerts for:
Once enabled, send a test message to ensure everything is working, then click Update to save your settings.
Now you’ll receive real-time notifications so you never miss an important update.
