This article reviews the two workflows by which you can update the password associated with your Tripleseat login.
Logged In
If you are logged into Tripleseat and would like to update your password:
- Go to My Profile.
- In the Password field type what you’d like your password to be.
- Type your new password again in Confirm Password.
- Click Update.
The next time you go to login.tripleseat.com, you will need to use your email on file along with the updated version of your password.
Not Logged In
If you are not actively logged into Tripleseat, you may still reset your password. For this, you should:
- Go to login.tripleseat.com.
- Click Forgot Your Password.
- Enter the email on file with your Tripleseat login. Click Reset Password.
- Use the resultant email to log into Tripleseat.
- Once inside, go to My Profile. Create a new password and click Update.
Pro Tip: Your web browser may have cached your older Tripleseat password. If you attempt to sign in with the new password, but have trouble, clear the cache and cookies on your web browser. Close your browser entirely and then reopen. Go to login.tripleseat.com again and try your credentials one more time.
