Tripleseat has a feature to allow you to easily copy events and avoid manually entering all the details more than once. Create your first event, and then use the 'Actions' button on the right-hand side of the Event to 'Copy this Event'. You will be prompted to choose a date and time for the second event, rename it, and also have the ability to copy over documents from the initial event.
If you're looking to copy the event multiple times (for example, the party re-books weekly), you may want to consider utilizing the Booking feature on your site as a way to organize your recurring events. You can adjust the Booking date range, and then, using the Events tab within the Booking, copy the events within the Booking. You can copy the initial event as many times as you wish.
