This report will allow you to view and analyze detailed event information. To customize an Event Details report in Tripleseat, follow these steps:
- Go to Reports > click on Custom under Event Details Report > Customize.
- This will open a popup window where you can further refine your search. Click into the Date of Event field to set the timeframe of events you want to include in your results. Depending on the data you are looking for, the other date fields could be used instead (ie: date created).
- You can also filter by event Status, Owner, or Location on this page to narrow down your search.
Pro tip: If you would like to include all areas, users, etc, do not select all. If no boxes are checked, it will run the report for all users, areas, and event styles. - The grouping and sorting tab is beneficial if you want to organize your report by month, location, owner, etc.
Pro tip: You can export your report to organize and group fields further as needed. - Next, click on the Columns tab. Here, you can select which fields should be columns in your report by checking them off. Uncheck or use the trash can icon to remove any irrelevant fields. Under Selected Columns, you can drag and drop the fields to rearrange how the columns appear on the report.
- Click Run Report at the bottom to view your results.
- If you wish to make further adjustments to the columns, add or remove filters, or make any other changes, click back into Customize in the upper left corner.
- Once you have the report configured to your liking, you can save it by clicking Save in the upper right corner to store it in your Saved Reports section in Tripleseat.
- Alternatively, you can click Export to download a CSV file with the data.
