Contacts By Location

Contacts are shared across all Locations of a Group so to get a Report of which Contacts have used a particular location we will need to use the Event Details Report. Here are the steps:

1. Open Tripleseat and click on Reports
2. Click on the Custom button under Event Details Report and click Customize
3. Choose the dates of your Events and the Status of the Events if you wish specific ones
4. Click on Grouping and Sorting and Group by Location and Sort by however you'd like
5. Click on Columns and choose at least the following which can be found under Column Groups: Under 'Event' choose 'Locations' and 'Account and contact'  choose the details you'd like from your Contacts
6. Click Run Report
7. Click Save if you wish to Save this Report for future Exporting and then Export
