Mass-Updates are requests submitted to the Tripleseat Support team to initiate a large volume of changes to specified items within Tripleseat for your Group. Some examples of these types of requests are:
- Convert Leads to Contacts
- Archive Leads
- Close Events
- Update Event Statuses
- Delete Contacts
- Updating Tasks
- Archiving Discussions
Depending on the type of request, we may be able to assist with mass updates on the backend by working closely with our Development team. Please keep in mind that this type of development work is typically associated with fees to cover the Development hours it takes to complete the requested project.
