If you are looking to import data into your Tripleseat account, please navigate to Settings> Data Imports.
Once here, you will want to download and review our Import Guideline document to learn more about the data formatting and required data. Next, you will find our Excel templates, which provide pre-determined columns for the user to complete. Once the Contacts, Events, or Leads have been inputted into the corresponding templates, please email our Tier II Support Team at support@tripleseat.com.
*Please note: Columns in RED are required to import the data provided.
* Pro Tip: You can use the Event Excel template to submit both events and contact import data. When the request is submitted to support@tripleseat.com, please confirm within the email you would like the contact information within the event file to uploaded as a contact import.
Rates and Coverages
For each import file containing up to 5,000 rows of data, there is a standard rate of $250 per file per import type. The import types are categorized into the following:
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Leads
- Events
Additional rates will apply for larger imports containing between 5,000 and 10,000+ rows.
Once we have reviewed the files, a member of our customer success team will provide a quote. When this has been approved and paid, a member of our Tier II team will begin working on the import.
