Customizing your Documents helps display your venue’s personal brand and make their experience memorable for your Guests. One way this can be accomplished is by creating a custom color palette on your Documents. You can adjust the text color on your Documents with a few simple steps:
- Travel to Settings > Documents > Edit Template.
- Scroll to the text box that you'd like to edit.
- Highlight the text that you wish to change colors.
- Click on the underlined A to see a dropdown for colors.
- On this dropdown, if you are looking for more color specificity, select “Custom.”
This selection will pull up a color picker, allowing you to customize your selection fully. On this widget, you will notice a number within the # box. This number is the Hex Code of the color. It can be copied and entered into the color picker for other text boxes if you want to coordinate your colors.
The above works for any open text fields, but if you would like to change the colors of any headers within certain Document Layouts, you can do this one of two ways:
- Navigating to the Document Layout in question by going to Settings > Documents > Edit Layout
- Click into the dark blue box labeled header and follow the steps taken for the text boxes within Documents.
OR
- Navigate to the Document Layout in question by going to Settings > Documents > Edit Layout as before
- Click into the box above the header that denotes the field you want to edit
- Click on the far-right box labeled "Header Font Color."
Here, you can choose a color from a color wheel or enter a Hex Code if you want the text to match a specific color.
