Backup codes are only meant for emergencies, like if you are unable to access your mobile device for some reason. They aren’t designed for daily logins and will run out quickly if used that way.
For day-to-day access, you’ll need to enter the 6-digit code that comes from your authenticator app. Open the app and use the code shown next to “Tripleseat” when logging in. Note: It refreshes every 30 seconds.
The authenticator app will provide a fresh code each time you log in and ensure you don’t get locked out. Backup codes should only be kept in a safe place for situations where you cannot access your mobile device at all.
