Errors
If you're seeing an error screen, we've likely already been notified of the issue and are already working to fix it. But, feel free to submit a ticket to let us know.
Outages
We have monitoring software in place to alert us of any outages. But, if you're experiencing an outage, feel free to report it to us by submitting a ticket. Generally speaking, if an outage does occur, it will be remedied within 10 minutes.
