When new documents are created, a Customer Admin must give users access by adjusting existing User Roles. To do this, they can follow these steps:
- Go to Settings.
- Select User Roles.
- Click on the first User Role that should have access to the new document.
- Scroll down to Templates & Layouts.
- Check off the new documents as needed. If some User Roles should only have access to specific Layouts, then only select the ones they should have access to.
- Checking an option under Templates will allow the User Role to edit the Template on events if their User Role also allows access to Edit All Events.
- Checking an option under Layouts will allow the User Role to view that specific Layout on Events.
- Click Update. Repeat this step for all of the User Roles as needed.
Pro Tip: The Admin User Role will always have access to new Templates and Layouts. This role does not need to be adjusted like the others.
