Tripleseat documents are live and will always reflect the most recent updates. As a result, it is not possible to review the list of revisions you made to a document throughout its existence. However, there are ways to manually save past versions of your documents so that you can refer back to them in the future.
Manually Save PDF
Follow these steps to save a PDF copy of an event document manually:
- Go to the event and click on the Docs tab.
- Click the ellipsis button next to the document in question.
- From the options that appear, click Save.
This video here also reviews these steps at 2 minutes and 7 seconds in. We recommend utilizing this feature for situations where you are going back and forth with your guest about selections so you can refer to a previous document version if you need to!
When will a version be automatically saved?
Tripleseat will automatically save a PDF copy of a document as it looks when a guest signs it in the Guest Portal. This will appear as “1 Version” to the right of that document in the Docs tab of the event. If you need to revoke someone's signature and have them sign off on new terms, you can do so while keeping both versions of the document.
