Enable the DoorDash Drive Integration in Tripleseat
To enable DoorDash Drive Integration in Tripleseat, you must be a DoorDash customer. Once you have signed up with DoorDash and registered your location/s, follow these steps to connect the integration once on the group level in Tripleseat:
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations in Tripleseat.
- Toggle the DoorDash Drive integration on.
- Enter your legal business name and click Next.
- Complete the Large Order Fulfillment Agreement form.
- Click Connect.
It takes about 24 hours for the integration to be turned on once the form is filled out.
What happens if the Agreement is not completed?
If the Agreement is not completed, you will receive an error message stating, 'A completed agreement is not yet on file with this business.' Please complete the form to proceed.
Direct Book Set-Up for DoorDash Drive
Follow these steps to enable DoorDash Drive on a TripleseatDirect form:
- Go to Settings > Direct Book Forms in Tripleseat.
- Locate the form you would like to add DoorDash Drive to.
- Hover over the gear icon and click on Edit.
- Under 'Allowed Event Styles,' ensure 'Drop-Off Catering' is selected.
- Check 'Use DoorDash Drive' under '3rd Party Delivery.'
Under the ‘Gratuity Selector’ section, customize the Driver Gratuity settings:
- Min: Minimum dollar amount the DoorDash driver will receive on an order (default: $10).
- Split: Percentage of gratuity given to the driver (default: 50%).
- Cap: Maximum dollar amount the DoorDash driver will receive on an order (default: $100).
