How to reinstate a suspended user

This article explains how to make a previously suspended user active in Tripleseat once more. To reinstate their access to your Tripleseat, you will need to:

1. Go to Settings > Users.
   
   
2. Check the box 'Display Suspended Users.'
   
   
3. Click on the name of the suspended user in question. 
   
   
4. On their page, check off 'This user is active.' Click Update at the bottom to save.
   
   

If the user goes to login.tripleseat.com and enters their email address and password, they will be able to sign into your Tripleseat site. 

Pro-tip: If it has been a long time since the suspended user last logged in, you can create a password for them to use. In Settings > Users > name of the person in question, click into the Password field to invent a password. Type it one more time in the Password Confirmation field. Click Update at the bottom. Then, if you tell them what you set their password to, they can go to login.tripleseat.com, enter their email address and that password to sign in!
