Included with all Tripleseat subscriptions is access to a basic listing of your venue on Tripleseat's online venue directory, Venue Marketplace. Venue Marketplace is a platform used by corporate and freelance event planners, as well as individuals looking for private event space. Taking advantage of that included, basic listing increases the likelihood of additional leads in your Tripleseat. When customizing your business' listing, however, you may encounter an issue saving. This article explores why that may happen along with how you can troubleshoot.
You can customize your business' Venue Marketplace listing by going to Settings > Venue Marketplace > Edit.
All Venue Marketplace listings require:
- At least one photo of your venue
- 960x640 minimum size
- 1920x1080 maximum and ideal size
- a description (a brief explanation of your venue)
- your venue's address
Rather than typing your address line by line, as soon as you start typing into the first Address field, Google will recommend verified addresses to prevent any typos and to allow for a small map to appear with your venue's listing. After you select the address from the dropdown, the remaining greyed-out fields will automatically fill in. As long as you have added a description and one photo already, you will now be able to save the listing without incident.
