Every Tripleseat site has a list of users that can be managed in Settings > Users, however this does not yield all of the information related to these profiles. A User Audit Report can be exported to allow greater visibility into the profiles, and filter externally.
To Pull a User Audit Report, Navigate to Settings > Users
Once here, scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘User Audit Report’ in the bottom right corner
Once clicked, a CSV file will be downloaded with the following data:
- User_id
- login
- first_name
- last_name
- User_state
- site_id
- site
- location_id
- location
- site_role
- location_role
- Last_login_at
Please note, each user will have an individual row per location they have access to.
