When signing up for Payments, it is possible to have multiple people work on the same application together. This feature is beneficial in scenarios where, for instance, an event manager initiates an application but lacks access to sensitive data. In such cases, the event manager can invite collaborators, such as the CFO, to join in and contribute the required information. Collaborators do not need to be Tripleseat users to access the application.
To invite a Collaborator, follow these steps:
- Start the Tripleseat Payments application (sign-up instructions here).
- When you reach Step #1 of the application, click on + Invite someone to collaborate.
- Enter the email address of the person you would like to invite.
- Click Send Invitation.
Once that invitation is sent, the Collaborator will receive an email to access the Merchant Application.
