Browser Extensions or Plugins can cause issues with Software as they can add extra code to forms or prevent different items from loading. By running your browser with Plugins or Extensions off, it allows you to test to see if that is the cause of whatever issue you are seeing. Below are the steps for the most popular browsers used today:
Chrome:
- Open Chrome
- Click on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right hand corner
- Choose New Incognito Window
- Log into Tripleseat in the new Window (should have a black border) and see if the problem persists
Firefox
- Open Firefox
- Click on the 3 horizontal bars in the upper right hand corner
- Choose New Private Window
- Log into Tripleseat in the new Window (you should see a mask in the browser tab) and see if the problem persists
Safari
- Open Safari
- Click on File
- Choose New Private Window
- Log into Tripleseat in the new Window (the address bar should be dark grey) and see if the problem persists
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge
- Click on the 3 horizontal dots in the upper right hand corner
- Choose New InPrivate Window
- Log into Tripleseat in the new Window (the address bar should be black and note InPrivate mode) and see if the problem persists
