When it comes to the address section for your Venue Marketplace listing, your team may notice that certain fields within this section are grayed out and they cannot be edited.
This is because the address fields correspond to the geo-location within Google Maps in order to populate the address. This step is crucial as it allows for the radius functionality within an Venue Marketplace listing to generate results according to the distance between the searched location and the Venue location inputted.
When you begin to fill out the address field with the Venue’s street address, possible results will be displayed from Google Maps for you to choose from. You will want to continue typing out the Street Address until your full location populates in the dropdown, which you can select. Once clicked, Google Maps will fill in the remaining grayed-out fields in order to map this accordingly. Be sure to click Update once you are done making changes on this page.
