**The information below only pertains to online payments taken by Tripleseat Payments. If you are using Stripe, Square, or Fiserv, please contact those processors directly.
Tripleseat Payments provides an easy-to-use online dashboard that lets you see a snapshot of transactions, volume history, and more. Tripleseat’s transaction reports also allow you to review payments, customers, transfers, subscription plans, and more.
There are two places to access these payment reports. To find those in Tripleseat, a Customer Admin should:
- Head to Settings > Online Payments.
- Click Transaction History to choose a date range and access Transaction History and Transfer History reports. You can export these reports to an Excel file.
- Transaction History: This report shows all transactions run through this Tripleseat Payments account, including those that have not been transferred yet.
- Transfer History: This report only transactions that have been paid out.
To access the Tripleseat Payments reports, a Customer Admin should:
- Head to Settings > Online Payments.
- Click ‘Login’ next to your Tripleseat Payments account and click Reports.’ You can choose a date range, meta-data (if applicable) and generate those reports in an Excel file.
The reports available in Tripleseat Payments are:
- Payments: Contains a detailed view of merchant payments. The report is filtered based on the transaction date.
- Payouts: Contains a detailed view of merchant payouts. The report is filtered based on the payout date.
- Merchant Fees: Contains a detailed view of fees incurred by the merchant. The report is filtered based on the transaction date.
- Processing Summary: Contains a summary of a merchant's processing volume, transaction count, and fees.
- Disputes: Contains a detailed view of merchant disputes. The report is filtered based on the dispute date.
