Once a Floor Plan has been created for an event, you can automatically include it in your Tripleseat documents using a merge field. This allows your Floor Plan content to populate directly within your Contract and Event Order and be shared seamlessly through the Tripleseat Guest Portal.
You can use the following Floor Plan merge fields in your documents:
- Link to Flythrough Video
- Floor Plan Image
- Blueprint Image
- Seating Chart
To add a Floor Plan merge field to your document:
- Navigate to an event that already has a Floor Plan created.
- Click on the Docs tab.
- Open the Contract & Event Order you would like to edit.
- Scroll to the text box where you want the Floor Plan content to appear.
- Right-click within the text box to open the merge field menu.
- Select Event Fields.
- Choose Floor Plan by Tripleseat Fields.
- Select the Floor Plan element you would like to insert.
- Click Update to save your changes.
After saving, the selected Floor Plan element will automatically populate within the document. The document can then be shared with your client through the Guest Portal.
