How to Easily Tag Your In-House Inventory Inside Your Venue Settings

You can easily tag items for your events with just a click of a button. Here’s how:

Tagging an item as Venue Provided guarantees that it will always be readily available in Design Mode. This means you won’t have to search for it whenever you want to use it.
Important Reminder: Please ensure that you only tag items as Venue Provided if you actually supply them in-house. Starting with minimum, tables, chairs and linens. Any item tagged as Venue Provided will appear as such on the Items Summary Page. Tagging items incorrectly could confuse your clients if those items are not genuinely available in-house.
We recommend using the Favorites feature on the Vision Board for items you frequently use or see in your space but do not provide. This feature allows you to easily access and manage items without misleading your clients.
