When the Chat Bubble is in the lower right-hand corner within Tripleseat, this indicates a conversation initiated with either a Support Specialist or our newest member of the Support Team, Bash the Bear!
If you had a conversation with Bash and did not exit the chat, the bubble will continue to be displayed in the lower right-hand corner from every page within Tripleseat in anticipation that you may still need assistance.
To remove the Chat Bubble, you will need to send at least one message in the chat; otherwise, it will not give you the option to “End Chat” when selecting the “X” icon to close the Chat Box and the Chat Bubble will persist to show on the lower right side of your screen.
Once you have sent a message, if you click on the “X” icon in the upper right corner of the Chat Box, you will be prompted with the option to “End Chat.” This will close the Chat, and the Chat Bubble should no longer be populated on your screen.
