Your Tripleseat Hotel Booking Documents communicate details for multiple Events within a Booking and Group Room Block details using internal and external facing customizable tables.
The Schedule of Events and the Room Accommodations table can be customized to effectively communicate all the necessary details on the preferred document layout. This ensures that the information is presented appropriately and accurately to clients or staff.
Meanwhile, the internal table views have been added to the Booking template and will only be seen by the Tripleseat user while on the Booking tab when creating or editing your Bookings and Documents.
The Schedule of Events table columns of information can be edited and reordered.
To adjust the Events table for guest or staff-facing document layouts:
- Got to Settings> Documents> Edit the appropriate layout
- Click on the top of the Events table field
- To customize the table view scroll through the column options and select the columns you want to display or deselect those you want to hide.
- The columns can be selected, deselected, and rearranged by dragging and dropping.
- Top to bottom will read left to right when viewing.

To adjust the Events table for internal reference:
- Got to Settings> Documents> Edit the Document Template
- Scroll to the Multiple Events Table
- Follow the same directions as above
The Room Accommodations table can be displayed in several ways for internal reference and communication to the client on Proposals and Contracts.
To adjust the Guest Room table for guest or staff-facing document layouts:
- Got to Settings> Documents> Edit the appropriate layout
Click toward the top of the Room Block table field
- Viewing options of the table can be selected and deselected
- Columns A and B can be selected, deselected, and rearranged by dragging and dropping
- Top to bottom will read left to right when viewing
To adjust the Guest Room table for internal reference:
- Got to Settings> Documents> Edit the Template
- Viewing options of the Guest Room table can be selected and deselected
- Columns A and B can be selected, deselected, and rearranged by dragging and dropping
- There are also options on the left side for aesthetics, dates, and financials
- Top to bottom will read left to right when viewing
