After creating a new picklist, you may need to make that picklist available to select from in your documents. To perform this update:
- Go to Settings > Documents > Contract & Event Order > Edit Template Content.
- You should scroll to the picklist section on that page where you’d like your new picklist to be available.
- Scroll through ‘Restrict to these Picklists’ and select the name of the picklist you’ve added.
- Select ‘Save Template’ in the upper left to update.
Pro-tip: ‘Restrict to these Picklists’ is a great feature to help you and your team stay organized if you work at a multi-location group, or have numerous menus. Because you can limit what picklists are available to select from in certain sections in your documents, you can make it so only Food picklists appear in the Food section of the docs, or Beverage picklists in Beverage, etc.
